This is a really fun Mezcal based tiki drink. The smokiness of the mezcal, sweetness of the pineapple juice and the spiciness of the ginger syrup makes for a incredible experience in the glass.

Take your ingredients minus the garnish and put it in your tins with crushed ice. Give it a quick shake and strain into a tiki glass with crushed ice. Top with more ice and garnish with your cherry and place a straw in. Enjoy!
