A classic cocktail that has stood the test of time.

Ingredients

1.5oz Cognac
.375oz Maraschino Liqueur
.75oz Lemon Juice
.375oz Simple Syrup
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Sugar Rim & Lemon Peel

Method

Take all of your ingredients minus the garnishes and put them in your tins with ice. Shake for 8-10 seconds and double strain into a glass that has a sugar rim and a large lemon peel lining the inside of the glass. Enjoy!
