Ingredients

Judgement Day
1.5oz Pisco
.50oz St. Germain
.50oz Lemon Juice
.50oz Lime Juice
.50oz Simple Syrup
Egg White
Absinthe Rinse
Spritz All Spice Dram

Method

Take all of your ingredients minus the absinthe and all spice dram and add it to your tins. Give it a dry shake and then add your ice and shake for 8-10 seconds. Rinse your coupe with absinthe and double strain into your coupe glass. Spritz the cocktail with all spice dram and enjoy!
