First and foremost, thank you for giving my website a shot. Honestly, this is a real pinch-me moment. The PNW Spirits started with something simple, a video of me making a cocktail and my wife saying, “You should post these. I took one of you and it already got 1,000 views.”
From that day on, I started making videos and figuring out what actually makes a good one (and I’m still learning every day).
The goal of this website is simple: to entertain and maybe help you learn something along the way. I hope my love for making cocktails comes through and sparks that same excitement in you. There’s something special about that first sip of a new cocktail, a moment you only get to experience once.
My hope is that somewhere on these pages, you’ll find your new favorite drink. And maybe one day, we’ll raise a glass together.
